Dr. Denise Sackett received her Bachelor's Degree from Vanderbilt University and her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a Family Practice Residency at John C. Lincoln Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona and she is Board Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Sackett is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at A.T. Still School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona where she teaches medical students clinical didactics, facilitates in medical skills, leads small group discussions and is Co-Course Director of the family medicine clerkship. Her article, "Fat-Shaming in Medicine: Overview of Alternative Patient Strategies" was published in July 2019.

Dr. Sackett has received additional training in aesthetic medicine including certification in Parisian Peel and completion of the Aesthetics Workshop from the National Procedures Institute. Patients, students and family are her passions. ​

Dr. S.K. Sackett attended Nebraska Wesleyan Univeristy in Lincoln, Nebraska where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a Chemistry Minor. He then completed his doctorate coursework at Des Moines University - College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Sackett moved to Arizona in 2001 to complete his Internship and Family Medicine Residency at Tempe St. Luke's Hospital in Tempe, Arizona. He is board certified in Family Medicine.

Dr. Sackett also practices Emergency Medicine regularly. He has remained active in this area of medicine since focusing on emergency medicine while in medical school and throughout his residency. He has over 7 years experience working as an ER attending physician. Dr. Sackett travels around the country providing emergency room staffing services in various VA and IHS facilities. Dr. Sackett also has considerable experience working in Urgent Care settings.

Dr. Sackett served as Chief Resident of his family medicine program. He also was selected to complete a Training in Health Policy Studies (TIPS) Fellowship through The New York Institute of Technology/New York College of Osteopathic Medicine which he completed in 2004. Dr. Sackett was also named to Phoenix Magazine's list of "Top Docs" in 2010. Dr. Sackett has an additional interest in sports medicine having worked in the past with the Milwaukee Brewers, Phoenix Coyotes, Arizona Cardinals, and numerous local high schools. In his spare time, Dr. Sackett enjoys aviation, athletics, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.
