Welcome to Sundance Medical Associates. We are a comprehensive Primary Care / Family Medicine office servicing Chandler, Gilbert, Higley, Queen Creek and Mesa in the East Valley. We treat patients ages 5 and up for all types of conditions. Some common conditions we manage are Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Thyroid Disorders, Migraines, Anxiety & Depression as well as many others. We also have a substantial focus on Preventative Health, Wellness, and Disease Prevention. We offer all types of Physical Exams, for adults and children, including Well Women Exams/PAPs, DOT Exams, and Sports Physicals.

We are currently contracted with most insurance plans, including (but not limited to) Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna, HealthNet, Humana, Mercycare, TriCare and United.

*Unfortunately, we are NOT Currently Accepting New Medicare Patients.

Same day appointments for sick visits are available on most days (Guaranteed for Privia Members).

Website Upgrades: Recently, we were advised of a change in the available WebHosting options available to our office. The provider we have used for many years is discontuning the website format we have historically used. As such, we plan to take advantage of this opportunity by investigating some of the newer website hosting tools which can serve to improve our website appearance and functionality.
We continue to anticipate Online Appointment Scheduling will be returning in 2021. We are currently evaluating several options for online scheduling (as well as other online functionality), and hope to make a selection in the near-future.
Keep an eye out for these new website and online scheduling features as they become available!
